The Federal Evaluation Toolkit is a set of curated resources to build understanding of evaluation - what it is, why it is important, and how it can help Federal agencies execute their missions more effectively - among Federal agency staff at all levels. Importantly, this Toolkit is not a "how to" on conducting evaluation. Instead, it offers curated tools, reports, and templates to help Federal staff who work with evaluators, see the need for evaluation but don't know where to start, or want to use evaluation findings to inform their decisions.
